Thank you for shopping with us! Because our mahjong mats and accessories are made to order, please review the processing and shipping timelines below so you know what to expect.

Processing time

All orders are made to order and require production time before they ship. Please allow 7-10 business days for all mats orders and 5-7 business days for all other products to be produced and prepared for shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. If there's an unusual delay with your order, we'll reach out to let you know.

Shipping time and rates

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any available free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Once an order leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control, and we can't guarantee against carrier delays.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos, following the process in our Return & Refund Policy, and we'll make it right.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, or it appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before your order enters production.
