3. Products and Pricing

Our products are made to order. Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and are a normal characteristic of handmade and made-to-order goods. Product images are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, but the actual color you receive may vary depending on your screen settings.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or device's display of any color will be accurate.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of any product.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Order changes and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation and change requests are only accepted within the window stated in that policy.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your order total, including taxes and shipping, to that payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines, rates, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of both policies, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to our original mat and accessory designs, artwork, patterns, logos, brand names, text, graphics, and photographs — is the property of Lydie Anne Design, LLC or its content suppliers and collaborating artists, and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Products featuring artwork created in collaboration with third-party artists are sold under license; all rights in that artwork remain with the respective artist. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or any collaborating artist's work.

You may not use, reproduce, or resell our designs, images, or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions.
